Our Story of Growth
For more than half a century, our family has been growing and harvesting olive trees with the greatest respect for our land. It all began with our grandfather, Georgios Tsiolakis, and his dedication to traditional food practices. His passion for wholesome, quality olives has been our most valuable standard, guiding our company vision.
In the 50s our grandfather Georgios started planting and growing his own olive grove with just a few trees in the beginning. His sons, Demetrios and Michail, developed the family’s first small artisan workshop, to treat and process olives according to their father’s practices. Since then we have managed to face up to the challenges of changing times, in the process becoming a modern and efficient enterprise, capable of ensuring quality products.
Our Greek olives varieties
We now process more than 6000 tonnes including three different varieties Halkidiki, Kalamata, Amfissa and more than three different ways of treatment (curing). Our core product remains the Halkidiki olives (50% green Halkidiki, 35% black, 15% Kalamata).
Our Olive treesfarms
We enjoy a yield of more than 800 tonnes from our 25000 treefarms, while we supplement this quantity with the produce of longstanding and trusted suppliers/farmers. Among the new activities that our company started to pursue, is the cultivation of Organic olives and today we proudly offer the first range of organic products.
Our aspiration is to address both consumer and market demands, with a high-quality product. We strive on a daily basis to procure impeccable products, based on the changing needs and demands of the global market.
